INVO Coconut Water: Like Cracking Open a Fresh Coconut!

Summer is all about outdoor activities and fun! But with the added heat of the summertime, we need to remember how important it is to stay hydrated, as the temperature rises. INVO Coconut Water is the perfect thirst-quenching beverage to keep you hydrated and refreshed all summer long! Coconut water will provide you with electrolytes that you lose when you sweat and as much potassium as a banana! I love INVO for the taste, their Sustainable Farming practices, and pure natural ingredients.

INVO contains five essential electrolytes and is packed with potassium, INVO is made from the best coconuts on earth in Thailand. INVO uses a unique crafting pasteurization process. This not only locks in all the nutritional value, but it also gives that freshly cracked coconut experience, just as nature intended. They use High Pressure Processing to pasteurize. It is a cold pasteurization technique, which Invo has named 'cold-crafting'. This process inactivates bacteria, viruses, yeast and molds that are present in all foods, thereby guaranteeing food safety and extending shelf life without sacrificing taste or nutrition.

INVO Coconut Water comes in three flavors: Pure, Tropical and Sencha Green Tea.INVO is available at Whole Foods and Wegmans. I had the opportunity to try all three and mango was my favorite, not overly sweet but just enough to taste the real fruit infused right in the coconut water. Refreshing and healthy! Great for summer time and year round.

INVO also has aYoung Coconut Nursery Program, where they have provided Nam Hom in Thailand trees free to growers through local government in Thailand for a bilateral agreement. As of May, they have provided 60,000 nursery trees to local growers. Each year they plan to distribute 120,000 trees to plant 1,200 acres. The yield is 72 fruits/tree/year. The first harvest of 8,640,000 nuts will occur in 2017 and will continue to equally increase each year with the continuing program.
