G.H. Cretors products contains no GMOs, are all natural, are gluten free and are kosher! I love eating foods that I can feel good about. My husband loved all of the G.H. Cretors products so much I didnt tell him that they were also good for him! I loved the Chicago Mix the most but I also LOVE the Just Cheese Corn and the Just Caramel Corn. When I need a sweet snack I grab the caramel and when I am in the mood for savory- of course I go for the cheese! When I cant decide - thats when I go for the Chicago Mix. 

I love that they use brown rice syrup instead of corn syrup. G.H. Cretors  hand crafts each batch in old-fashioned copper kettles. GH Cretors has chosen to use brown rice syrup (instead of corn syrup) for many reasons. Besides the fact that brown rice syrup has a wonderful crisp sweetness, unlike refined sugars it has a low glycemic value. This means that it doesn’t cause a sudden spike in blood pressure or a sugar “high” after it is consumed.

Billy leads this cardio & strength workout outside on a beach w/ his backdrop behind a group of exercisers. You will need Billy Bands for this workout.

Cardio kickboxing exercises include: punches, kicks, knee pulls, side toe taps, speed bag, marching, side kicks, core twists, squat thrusts. Band work includes: curls, military press, speed bag, delt raise, kick series, tri kickbacks, and the workout concludes w floor core work and a cool down.

Billy is his normal encouraging self & walks around to motivate others and of course counts down the moves. Shelly is also in this one, sweating w/ the group. I enjoyed this workout and its good for days when you want both strength & cardio work. Short enough to tack another C+S workout to it as this doesnt have quite enough strength work for me to call it a strength day. I did not receive this workout for review.

This 54 minute fusion workout is inspired by pilates, ballet, yoga, dance, plyometrics and really hits the core! Michelle leads this very unique workout in an open room w/ 6 backgrounders, providing modifications. You wont need any equipment and they work out barefoot.

Exercises include: chair pose, jumping, side to side hops, side bend side lunges adding hops, plank hops, burpee pliet hops, rib shifts, curtsy balance side knee raises, reverse plank crab series, pendulum hops & lunge, warrior lunge series, back roll, push up to warrior,tricep yoga push ups, low back extensions, and down & up dog.

I rate this a low advanced workout. The pace is nonstop and Michelle wastes no time. Very unique and super fun, not so dancy and pretty straight forward choreo made this a winner for me. I literally have nothing like it in my extensive dvd collection. As always, Michelle is a superb instructor! I received this dvd to review.

This instructional dvd teaches all the introductory hoop dancing moves in a very well laid out format. The majority of the sections are done indoors but some scenes show a nice outdoor setting with a group. The dvd is chaptered so you can really focus on mastering each new move. There is a slight learning curve so the instructor encourages you to keep trying. The dvd is voice over and you can choose English or French language options.

The Hoop Dance Moves taught in this dvd are: Foward Stance Waist Hooping, Side Stance Waist Hooping, 360 Spin, Walking- Forward, Backward, & Side to Side, Compass Turn & 180 Turn, Hip Hooping, Halo, Prayer Position, Halo Hand Off, Passing, Floating, and 1st & 2nd Hand Corkscrews.

This is a purely instructional dvd that is intermediate in terms of ease of use. The instruction is clear and the instructor shows you how to do each move and also provides common mistakes and how to correct them. This is a great way to get started in hoop dancing. Coconut Juice Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

2 cans of Amy & Brian 17.5 oz Coconut Juice Without Pulp

2/3 cup cocoa powder

4 Tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

1.  In a pot over the stove, add all ingredients and turn heat on medium-low.

2.  Whisk ingredients together, quickly, while they warm. Once ingredients have dissolved heat to desired temperature and serve.

Coconut Juice-Infused Rice

Ingredients:

20 oz of Amy & Brian 17.5 oz Coconut Juice [With or Without Pulp]

1 tsp salt

3/4 tsp sugar

1 cup long grain white rice

3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

1.  In a saucepan, combine Amy & Brian Coconut Juice, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add the rice, stir well, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer undisturbed until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is fluffy, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit without stirring for 10 minutes.

2.  Fluff with a fork and add the cilantro. Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve hot!
