TapouT XT: Strength & Force Upper
Mike Karpenko, 2012

Mike leads this 54 minute upper body strength workout in a MMA gym set with a group of exercisers. You will only need resistance tubing for this workout (included in the set). There are music and subtitle options, and an on-screen countdown timer. Also included on this disc is the XT Abs workout.

Mike utilizes the tubing for all the exercises except the pushup variations and there are PLENTY of pushups in this one! Each exercise is performed for 30-90 seconds and exercises include: chest scoops, pushup variations, front raise & chest punch, punch variations, elevator plank & punch, Arnold press, bi curl variations, triceps pushups, upright row, snatch, French press, lat raise & pull, superman to plank, and chest flies. The workout ends with a killer move: 90 seconds of lying bi curls.

This is an advanced workout - 55 min of upper body work and a large chunk of that is pushups. The workout is fast moving but he does provide a couple of stretch segments interspersed. I used a medium resistance band for this as some of the exercises require a greater range of motion than a thicker band can provide- I will definitely be sore tomorrow. Great form pointers. I received this dvd to review.
